If you've felt the slow accumulation of too much — too much pace, too much noise, too much time spent doing and not enough spent simply being — you're not imagining it. And you're not alone.
We don't magic it all away. We help you feel better at managing it. Which in itself can feel like magic.
What is Biofield Tuning
We are bioelectric. We are made of energy — and that energy extends out around your body in what's called the biofield.
Biofield Tuning uses tuning forks to gently comb through that field. The forks change tone when they meet turbulence — areas where energy has become stuck or disrupted — and then slowly, methodically bring that turbulence back into coherence.
The result: you stop carrying it in your body the way you were before. It doesn't keep showing up in your day the way it did.
This isn't fringe. Eileen Day McKusick has spent decades researching the body's bioelectric field — building a rigorous, methodical body of work that bridges the scientific and the esoteric in a way that holds up to scrutiny. We trust ultrasound. We accept x-rays. Eileen's research is beginning to do for sound what those technologies did for imaging — give us a framework we can actually stand behind.
At the same time, quantum physicists are exploring consciousness and finding parallels that make the esoteric suddenly make sense. This work sits right at that intersection.
The training lineage I work within — through BioSona, developed directly from Eileen's research — is why I trust what I'm doing in the room with you.

First time?
Never done anything like this before? Good.
You have one job: show up with an open mind and notice your experience. Be sceptical or don't be — honestly, I'd suggest you just chill. You will absolutely leave having benefited from an hour of horizontal rest. And you might just find yourself in exactly the right state to notice the more subtle shifts working beneath your consciousness and your poor frazzled monkey mind.
No right way to do this. No wrong way to receive it.

Who I am
I've been there. I still go there.
This life is a constant test of our resilience — and we've been convinced by most of it that everything we need is somewhere outside of us. I know differently. I know that peace starts as an inside job. I know that the practices work, because I've built my entire life around them.
I spent years in communications and marketing — and I left, deliberately, because living in two halves isn't living whole.
I'm here in service. All of you is welcome here. And I know — with the quiet certainty of someone who has done this work on herself and watched it work on others — that this will help.
The opportunity
Right now, there are 20 practice sessions available at no charge.
20 of 20 sessions remaining
I'm completing my Biofield Tuning certification through BioSona — the training lineage developed directly from Eileen Day McKusick's decades of clinical research — and these sessions are my required practicals. Which means you get the full quality of the work, the full experience design, the full hour in the field.
Actually — more than an hour. Practice sessions run to 75 minutes rather than the standard 60. Slower, more spacious, same work underneath.
This window is real and it is finite. When the 20 sessions are complete, Biofield Tuning at Terra Lume transitions to a paid offer. There are no more free sessions after that.
If you've been curious — this is the moment.

The experience
Your only job is to breathe and notice.
After a brief conversation about your intention for the session, you hop up on the table. Warm under the blankets in winter, or uncovered if you prefer in summer. Fully clothed throughout.
I begin work — mostly around your field, minimal physical contact. Your only job is to breathe and notice. Occasionally I'll remind you to breathe deeply. I'll be breathing with you. It keeps us both connected to our bodies and present to what's happening.
You'll hear the sound of different forks being activated around you. Share anything you notice — or don't. Both are fine.
At the end of the session I'll ask you to sit up, and you'll probably be a little disappointed it's over. Whether you knew it was happening or not, you'll be quite relaxed. Take your time. Have a glass of water. We'll talk through aftercare as you gather yourself before heading on your way.
I'll check in over the next 48 hours. Some people feel an emotional release. Some sleep brilliantly. Some just feel lighter. All of it is welcome.
Either way — congratulate yourself. For exploring something new. For making time for yourself to just be.
When you're ready — there's a space for you.
